  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use KhanaBook for any illegal purpose.
  • Free Forever Pricing: KhanaBook is completely free for all users — no trial period, no expiry, no hidden charges. KhanaBook reserves the right to modify pricing for future features or services with 30 days notice.
  • Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of your restaurant data. We act as a data processor on your behalf.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Your data will be available for export for 90 days following termination.
  • Limitation of Liability: KhanaBook's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
