- Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Your data will be available for export for 90 days following termination.
- Limitation of Liability: KhanaBook's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
